• The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of Rising Edge Group. • This role requires a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and practices tailored to the company's workforce requirements. • The successful candidate will actively connect with candidates to address Rising Edge’s needs. • They will work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. • Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. • Implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract candidates through various channels, actively connecting with candidate networks. • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit with the company culture. • Manage the entire recruitment process from advertisement through offer negotiations and pre-employment requirements. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics. • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary. • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to promote the Rising Edge Group brand. • Provide guidance and assistance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters. • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and suggest improvements. • Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential internal and external talent for critical roles. • Conduct talent market research to support workforce planning in new and emerging markets. • Provide strategic insights to leadership on talent availability and trends relevant to business expansion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
  • Experience in construction, project management and renewable energy industries in the US and Canada would be considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and employment laws.
