Job Description

Communications & PR Manager

NeoWork

• NeoWork is looking for someone who can build and maintain a strong press contact list, draft and distribute press releases, articles, and op-eds, and execute earned media strategies targeting both U.S. and LATAM markets with a focus on consistent editorial placements. • You'll pitch stories, respond to media inquiries, track coverage, and compile monthly summaries tied to OKR reporting. • NeoWork is looking for someone who can build and maintain a crisis response playbook, draft holding statements and reactive messaging, and lead crisis management efforts end-to-end — from early risk detection through resolution and post-incident review. You'll monitor brand mentions, flag risks proactively, and advise on tone and timing during sensitive situations. • NeoWork is looking for someone to own the LinkedIn presence for both the brand and CEO — writing and scheduling posts, coordinating team engagement on key content, developing a monthly content calendar, and reporting on growth and engagement metrics tied to defined goals and OKRs. • NeoWork is looking for someone who can draft investor updates, business summaries, and financial narratives, write client-facing reports and performance summaries, and translate complex financial data into clear, readable prose. You'll also proofread and edit all materials before distribution. • NeoWork is looking for someone to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for ongoing client communications, lead team calls, prepare agendas, send post-meeting wrap-ups, follow up on open tasks, and maintain organized project management workflows in Asana.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or content role
  • Strong writing across registers — press releases, articles, op-eds, executive tone, social copy, and financial summaries
  • A proven track record of earned media execution with measurable editorial results in U.S. and/or LATAM markets
  • Experience with media outreach and building journalist relationships
  • Solid organizational skills and hands-on experience with project management tools, specifically Asana
  • A demonstrated ability to set goals, track OKRs, and report on performance
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with limited oversight
  • Excellent judgment on what to communicate, what to hold back, and when to escalate
  • Fluency in English with a natural, direct writing voice
  • Hands-on experience with branding and graphic design is a strong plus, though not required

Benefits

  • Holiday Extra Pay
  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
  • This is a 100% home-based position
  • We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.
  • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided.
  • There is an annual review and appraisal process in place.
  • There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
