Role Description Será encargada de la zona, comprometiéndose al cumplimiento al 100% en transferencias. Serás responsable de la ejecución en los puntos de ventas de productos infaltables, manejo de inventarios, agotados, negociaciones en punto de venta. Qualifications - Educación secundaria completa (bachillerato). - Formación técnica o estudios en ventas, mercadeo. - Experiencia en manejo de clientes, cumplimiento de metas y cierre de ventas, preferiblemente en la industria farmaceútica. - Cumplimiento de indicadores de desempeño comerciales y administrativos (planeación, ejecución, cobertura panel y transferencias al 80% mínimo). Role Description The Advocacy 24/7 Triage Nurse provides telephonic first aid to injured workers on a case-by-case basis using nationally recognized standards of care to facilitate treatment goals. The position is an essential role, requiring the ability to work a variety of shifts to cover 24/7 duties including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications - Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of triage in the field of Workers’ Compensation (WC). - Ability to solve problems rapidly and handle medical emergencies over the phone. - Ability to skillfully manage multiple, complex projects and competing priorities concurrently while working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintaining strong customer service orientation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Great attention to detail, and results focused. - Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets.
