Medicare Call Center Representative
Humana
• Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries • Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/customer support assignments • Strive to provide resolution to Medicare members • Handle 40+ inbound calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment • Accurately record details of inquiries, comments, or complaints • Take prompt/appropriate action including escalating unresolved issues
Job Requirements
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Humana’s Tampa, Florida offices
- Demonstrated experience with providing strong customer service
- Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook and Teams)
- Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous healthcare experience (preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
