Fractional Senior Full Stack Engineer – Stabilization, AI-Generated Code

• Review and assess existing codebases (often AI-generated or founder-built) • Identify bugs, structural issues, and technical risks • Refactor and stabilize applications for production use • Improve performance, structure, and maintainability • Fill gaps in core functionality (auth, payments, backend logic) • Implement lightweight QA / testing where needed • Collaborate with engineers, QA, and project leads • Work across multiple projects as priorities shift

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack experience
  • Strong experience working in messy / inherited codebases
  • Comfortable operating without full documentation
  • Proven ability to take products from MVP → stable product
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset (not theoretical)
  • Strong communication and team collaboration
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, delivery-focused environments
