• Sell authentically - understand what clients actually need, show where we're the right fit, and be honest when we're not • Project manage deals end-to-end, pulling in underwriting, product, and finance to unblock anything between the client and close • Influence and drive the sales process while navigating and aligning multiple stakeholders • Proactively find ways to tackle any deal-related obstacles • Close business opportunities with a focus on long-term value and sustainable revenue growth • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients • Keep our CRM updated with the latest client info to inform our planning and strategy • Gather and share product feedback from clients to guide product improvements
Job Requirements
- Has a proven track record in B2B sales with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Puts the customer’s interest ahead of the deal every time
- Wants to build something new - the person in this seat shapes the product, the motion, and the playbook
- Is a skilled closer and handles objections without losing the relationship
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM software, and marketing automation tools
- Has a figure-it-out mentality and is deeply curious about the customer, the product, and the market
- Bonus: experience selling to US-based companies or HR buyers
