Manager, DS Capital Contracting

• Oversee contracting lifecycle activities for the DS portfolio. • Drive business objectives including, but not limited to, growth, profitability, and efficiency. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Service teams to implement strategies. • Define, administer, and enforce policies, procedures, and processes.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS required; MBA required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management leadership position directing an organization with matrix accountability.
- 6 -10 years demonstrated contracting experience.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, continuous improvement, finance and operations.
- General understanding of federal, state and local government contracting requirements and practices preferred.
- Demonstrated background in effectively managing people and fostering career development.
