• Procure, configure, and manage employee workstations and hardware for a fully remote workforce • Set up new employee accounts, profiles, and access across all organizational systems; handle account changes and offboarding • Manage the distribution and tracking of software licenses and seats across the organization, ensuring employees have appropriate access • Administer Google Workspace and other cloud-based services used by staff • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components remotely • Manage vendor relationships for IT products and services, including contract oversight, renewals, and service-level agreements • Evaluate and recommend new technology tools and software to improve organizational efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for remote staff in a timely manner • Provide technical and operational support to employees across all departments in a fully remote environment • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and software assets • Evaluate emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions that improve organizational efficiency and employee productivity • Administer and support organizational SaaS platforms, including user provisioning, license management, integrations, and troubleshooting • Develop and maintain IT documentation, system inventories, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base resources • Partner with department heads to understand IT needs and ensure employees have the tools to do their jobs effectively • Communicate progress on IT projects and initiatives at regular intervals to Finance leadership
Role Description The Strategic Chapter Manager will join a team of 80+ purpose-driven staff members in a friendly, focused, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the largest accredited leadership honor society in the United States, with over 800 chapters and more than 2 million members. The Strategic Chapter Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for our large institutional clients. This role ensures excellent operations and focuses on achieving metrics related to gross profit retention and growth. Collaborating exclusively with key chapters and NSLS stakeholders, the Strategic Chapter Manager accommodates, anticipates, and advocates for the specialized needs of these key accounts. The Strategic Chapter Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Chapter Management, collaborating closely on strategic needs and plans. This position works directly with a diverse group of NSLS Chapter Advisors leading chapters at their schools, managing and advising these leaders towards desired chapter outcomes. This role creates a ripple effect with the potential to positively impact the lives of thousands of college students through the successful execution of our life-changing and accredited leadership development program. Responsibilities - Manage the direct relationship with 25+ key accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships with key chapter-level stakeholders. - Develop a deep understanding of each university’s goals and vision. - Conduct routine meetings with chapter leaders to mentor, guide, and assist them (and in some cases, run) NSLS programming. - Resolve chapter issues and concerns through high-touch support. - Conduct programmatic training. - Assess chapter and institutional needs and identify strategies to address those needs. - Serve as a centralized SME for strategic accounts, identifying and developing recommendations for improved strategic account outcomes and goal achievement annually, in advance of the academic year. - Achieve set revenue goals and metrics as established by the company for each key account. - Identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations for new initiatives and projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define approaches and goals to grow strategic accounts and to ensure the successful execution of those goals. - Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account performance and progress towards strategic goals. - Ensure that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds client expectations. - Manage research and analysis to understand the client’s business, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices. - Travel as needed to manage assigned portfolio. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. - 5+ years account management/sales experience preferred. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans for accounts exceeding 3MM preferred. - Proficiency in CRM software. - Reside in the continental United States. • Support the Snowflake migration: Audit and QA legacy Redshift dashboards and reports, validate logic against new dbt models, and help ensure a clean cutover • Build business-facing dashboards: Develop intuitive, self-service reports in Hex that give marketing, finance, and sales teams the visibility they need • Establish metric definitions: Partner with stakeholders to translate business language into well-defined metrics and dimensions, then document them for shared understanding • Collaborate with the data team: Work in a sprint-based workflow with our Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, BI & Automation Lead, and Head of Data • Write and maintain SQL and dbt models: Develop clean, well-documented transformations that power gold-layer business reporting • Embed with business teams: Proactively identify the questions being asked by marketing, finance, and sales — and bring data products to them before they have to ask • Democratize data access: Build dashboards and self-service tooling that reduce ad hoc requests and empower stakeholders to find answers independently • Tell stories through data: Communicate findings in a way that is clear, compelling, and actionable for both technical and non-technical audiences • Run analyses and experiments: Design and interpret A/B tests, build forecasting models, and apply statistical methods (regression, cohort analysis, confidence intervals) to support business decisions • Use AI to work smarter: Leverage AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and expand what's possible
• Contribute to the Snowflake migration: Work with the broader data team to deprecate our legacy Redshift and Apache Hop infrastructure by completing the migration to Snowflake and dbt Cloud • Build production-grade dbt pipelines: Develop and maintain SQL transformations in dbt that power analytics for business stakeholders across the organization • Establish data architecture: Refine and maintain our medallion architecture (bronze, silver, and gold layers) to create clear separation of concerns and a single source of truth • Collaborate with the data team: Partner with our AWS Engineer, Analytics Engineer, and Business Analyst in a sprint-based workflow with code reviews and regular standups • Maintain dbt transformations (60-70% of role): Own approximately 15-20 core models and summary views that drive business reporting, ensuring they're performant, well-documented, and easy to maintain • Build new data pipelines: Ingest data from APIs and new sources as business needs evolve • Enable reverse ETL: Develop and manage batch processes to send transformed data to downstream services like HubSpot using tools like Hightouch • Monitor data quality: Implement testing and alerting to catch issues before they impact stakeholders • Contribute to technical standards: Help establish and maintain best practices for code quality, documentation, and data modeling
• Design and build modular, flexible architecture to support rapid experimentation and user journey testing. • Develop and optimize engagement-driven features (e.g., smart onboarding, progress celebrations, contextual nudges). • Integrate lifecycle communication systems (in-app, push, SMS/email) in partnership with marketing. • Leverage analytics (PostHog or similar) to identify friction points and inform product iteration. • Collaborate with AI engineers to embed LLM-driven experiences into the platform. • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and ship improvements that drive user engagement. • Establish and share best practices for turning features into habit-forming experiences.
