Role Description Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Engineer with Apache Airflow experience to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The client is developing and maintaining a set of business-critical web applications that support key internal processes. The systems are built on a modern data-oriented stack, including Python, Apache Airflow, Apache Superset, Elasticsearch, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. The role involves: - Working on critical services - Improving existing functionality - Investigating complex issues related to data pipelines, DAGs, indexes, and web applications - Contributing to performance, reliability, and long-term system improvements This is a strong opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys backend-heavy development, data-driven systems, root cause analysis, and working with complex production environments. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with Python, including development of Airflow DAGs and Flask applications - 3+ years of experience with Apache Airflow (DAG development and orchestration) - 3+ years of experience with Elasticsearch (data indexing and optimization) - 3+ years of experience with GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline design - 3+ years of experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL (ideally both) - 3+ years of experience working with Unix/Linux systems - 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments - Strong experience in data pipelines, distributed systems, and backend development - Ability to perform root cause analysis and work with complex systems - Advanced English - Technical degree Requirements - Proactive and self-driven approach to work - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to clearly express ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery - Strong listening skills and openness to feedback

Role Description As a Backend Software Engineer in the Applications Team, you will help build and maintain the backend services that power Sparetech’s customer-facing web application. You’ll work closely with frontend engineers (React/TypeScript), Product, and Design to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable user-facing workflows (e.g., collaboration, search, material management, BOM self-service, Insights). - Be a central pillar for the success of SPARETECH in the early stages of our startup by contributing your own ideas and participating in decisions. - Continuously develop your skills through hands-on learning and access to the latest technologies. - Own features end-to-end: from requirements and technical design to implementation, testing, rollout, and support. - Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering high quality solutions on time. - Solve complex product problems and collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.
