• Analyze pricing performance, margin impact, and competitive positioning. • Prepare recommendations and insights to support category pricing strategy. • Support retail price change decisions through data-driven analysis and scenario evaluation. • Execute approved retail price changes accurately and on time. • Work closely with Category Pricing Leads and Category Managers on pricing initiatives • Validate pricing changes post-launch to ensure accuracy and expected impact. • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify risks and opportunities • Build and maintain pricing reports and dashboards to track performance. • Surface insights related to pricing effectiveness, margin movement, and competitive shifts. • Ensure compliance with minimum advertised price (MAP) policies set forth by manufacturers

• Provides vehicle pricing support to Area Directors and Used Truck Centers in pricing used vehicles on inventory for U.S. and Canada. • Provides vehicle and matrix pricing support to International Vehicle Sales. • Receives field vehicle pricing input. • Verifies submitted "ask and take" price levels with published Vehicle Sales matrix. • Establishes vehicle "ask and take" prices. • Contacts appropriate Area Director for pricing approval below published take prices. • Updates pricing on all units quarterly. • Reviews pending straight sales on a daily basis. • Approves sales within published guidelines. • Forwards Schedule "A" sales, trades and sales below published take price to the appropriate Area Director. • Updates matrix pricing by vehicle class in three distinct regions. • Distributes matrices to Vehicle Sales Managers each quarter. • Accumulates field input on published matrix pricing, forwarding input to the Area Directors. • Computes pricing for over-aged inventory based on percentage reductions. • Answers Vehicle Sales Manager and other field inquiries regarding pricing, matrices, inventory and sales approvals.

• Independently ascertain how to query the necessary data from large data sets and generate ad hoc analysis with clear insights • Leverage historical claims data and provide reprice reporting that allows for assessment and risk management • Assist in preparing Enterprise-grade deliverables for sales that illustrate the company’s value • Ensure high quality, “client ready” deliverables through an audit/evaluation process and personal accountability • Execute deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and provide clear insights on findings • Clearly communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email, slack, phone, video call, etc. • Provide ad hoc analysis to illustrate other potential impact from implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution • Lean in on non-Enterprise RFP pipeline and other related areas when the Enterprise RFP pipeline is low

• Analyze current markets, historical data, and live analytics to manage prices in accordance with the partner’s yield management plan • Work closely with account managers to identify trends and new opportunities to relay to our partners • Supplement business intelligence and application development staff to continually enhance current tools and technology product offerings • Complete ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as assigned
