• Oversee and nurture relationships with a group of Spanish-speaking streamers focused on slot games. • Serve as the primary contact for assigned Spanish-speaking streamers, fostering high engagement and a rewarding partnership. • Develop lasting relationships by aligning with creators' objectives and customizing incentives to fuel their success. • Track streamers' activity, performance, content standards, and broadcast regularity to promote our games reliably. • Provide timely updates on game launches, campaigns, and promo chances to keep creators motivated and in the loop. • Design and roll out incentive initiatives, campaigns, and special deals to drive regular, top-tier streaming of our content. • Partner with the Streamer Relationship Manager Team Leader to refine strategies and monitor essential KPIs. • Coordinate with marketing, product, and compliance teams for a smooth streamer experience. • Spot rising stars and assist in bringing new creators onboard as required. • Keep abreast of industry shifts, platform changes, and community vibes to seize proactive opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (C1) and advanced English (B2), with excellent written and verbal skills in both.
- Demonstrated background in managing influencers, creators, partnerships, or communities—preferably in iGaming, entertainment, or streaming.
- Solid grasp of platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, plus the wider creator landscape.
- Outstanding skills in relationship-building and stakeholder handling for sustained partnerships.
- Strong organization and project management, including running campaigns, incentives, or collaborations.
- Analytical skills to monitor, analyze, and report on streamer metrics and engagement.
- Effective cross-team collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
- Innovative, forward-thinking mindset for spotting chances and tackling challenges.
