Role Description The Senior Account Representative will assist in new hire training and providing support to the Replacement Accounts Manager, Supervisor, and/or Administrator. The Senior Account Representative requires flexibility in providing back-up support for other Senior and Replacement Accounts Representatives and the handling of special projects as assigned by the Manager. If you enjoy teamwork, this role is for you! This is a challenging, rewarding fleet replacement position with opportunities for additional learning and growth! We expect the starting salary to be $19.00 per hour commensurate of experience. What You’ll Do: - Train new Replacement Accounts employees and existing employees on their job functions. - Act as a backup for Replacement Accounts Representatives when assistance is needed with their workloads. - Complete and distribute reports as needed. - Assist co-workers in upskilling and coaching as needed. - Report any system issues to Replacement Accounts Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator. - Assist Replacement Accounts Representatives, Branches, Fleet Replacement Account Managers and Sales with any issues that need special attention. - Develop a working knowledge of fleet accounts and/or assisted support accounts. - Lead team huddles. - Special projects as assigned by Replacement Accounts Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator. - Conduct rental contract quality audits on assigned Account Representatives. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred. - Account Representative or account management experience with a minimum of 6 months in an account representative role required. - Demonstrate the ability to work well with others. - Strong understanding of the insurance replacement business. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis Excel and Word). - Experience with frequently used Hertz systems such as HIRMS, HLES, HIRS, EDICAR, GAR and DASH. - Well-developed oral and written communication skills. - Well-developed organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a changing environment. - Strong commitment to customer service. - Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. - Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems. - Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. - Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Courageous leadership and accountability.
