Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in public sector environments, with at least 5+ years supporting State & Local Government clients or working within government
- Demonstrated experience in Pennsylvania and/or Maryland state and local government, including familiarity with agency operations, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Strong professional network across state agencies, local governments, and/or legislative bodies in Harrisburg, PA and/or Annapolis/Baltimore, MD
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex government environments
- Experience leading programs or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, agencies, or external partners
- Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying opportunities, shaping deals, and supporting proposal efforts
- Ability to operate in a client-facing, commercially oriented role, balancing delivery and growth responsibilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience managing projects and leading teams, including junior and mid-level staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel to client and Guidehouse locations as needed to support delivery and business development activities

Role Description As a Director Platform Product Owner, you will play a critical role in bridging Cloud and Firmware product strategy and technical execution.
