Title: Product Manager – API & Identity/Access Management Location: Nottingham Department: Product Job Description: About ENSEK ENSEK builds the cloud‑native SaaS software that’s transforming how energy retailers operate, innovate and manage at scale. We help retailers lower operating costs, improve billing accuracy for consumers, and enhance customer experience through automation and AI‑driven insight, all underpinned by modern, cloud‑native architecture. ENSEK is at an exciting inflection point as we scale at pace towards new international horizons. If you’re driven by solving complex, real‑world problems and want to build modern technology that accelerates the global energy transition, you’ll feel right at home with us. Position Summary The Product Manager – API & Identity/Access Management owns two foundational platform capabilities at ENSEK: how APIs are designed, governed, and consumed, and how identity, permissions, and auditing are managed across the platform, including for AI agents. This role ensures ENSEK’s APIs are consistent, discoverable, and reliable for internal teams, customers, brokers, and third parties, while also evolving identity and access management (IAM) to meet growing security and regulatory needs. You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and commercial teams to make sure APIs and IAM act as enablers of product velocity, not friction points. This is a platform‑level product role, focused on standards, governance, and scalability rather than individual feature delivery. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities - Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for API as a product, establishing consistent frameworks for API definition, versioning, documentation and lifecycle management across three API tiers: internal domain APIs, internal cross-NSEC APIs, and external customer/broker/third-party APIs. - Define and drive adoption of API governance standards, ensuring all teams building APIs follow consistent patterns that improve developer experience, reduce integration burden, and enable reliable external commercialisation of ENSEK's platform capabilities. - Own the identity and access management (IAM) product roadmap, expanding existing IAM capabilities to encompass AI agents as first-class principals — defining how agents authenticate, what permissions they hold, and how their actions are audited. - Rationalise the current API estate — cataloguing existing endpoints, identifying inconsistencies, and building a prioritised plan to standardise management approaches without disrupting live integrations. - Represent the needs of external API consumers (customers, brokers, third parties) in internal discussions, using research and data to advocate for developer-friendly API design and clear contractual guarantees. - Build long-term relationships with commercial, engineering and security stakeholders, influencing API and IAM strategy across domains and aligning teams around shared standards. - Create and maintain PRDs and specifications for API management tooling and IAM capabilities, leveraging AI to accelerate documentation and using data to drive continuous improvement. Key Outcomes - Consistent API governance framework adopted across all three API tiers (internal domain, cross-NSEC, external), with clear standards for definition, versioning and lifecycle management. - External API proposition strengthened — customers, brokers and third parties experience reliable, well-documented and consistently managed integrations. - IAM capabilities extended to support AI agents as principals, with authentication, authorisation and auditing requirements defined and road mapped. - Auditing framework for agentic systems live, providing full traceability of agent actions across the platform. - Defined and tracked KPIs for API health, adoption and IAM coverage, with regular data-driven reviews shared with stakeholders. Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications - Demonstrable experience owning and delivering platform or developer-facing product areas — ideally API management, developer portals, integration platforms or identity/access management. - Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI), API lifecycle management, and developer experience best practices. - Familiarity with identity and access management concepts including OAuth, OIDC, RBAC/ABAC patterns, and emerging agentic identity considerations. - Ability to make autonomous, data-informed product decisions and communicate them clearly across technical and commercial audiences. - Experience in evolving SaaS, platform, utility tech or API-first product environments is strongly advantageous. - Understanding of security and compliance requirements for external API exposure and agentic systems is a plus. Company Benefits - 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays - Option to buy or sell 5 extra annual leave days per year - Vitality Health Insurance, including private healthcare, virtual GP access, mental‑health support and wellbeing perks (50% off gym memberships-Virgin Active, Nuffield, PureGym) - Pensionwith5% matched contribution - Regular team‑wide and company‑wide events - 2 volunteering days per year to give back - Remote‑first working environment with offices in London and Nottingham Department Product Role Product Manager Locations Nottingham Remote status Fully Remote

Title: Senior Product Manager, Tokenization Location: New York, NY / Chicago, IL - Full-Time - Product Job Description: About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to be an owner of Tokenization: the infrastructure that brings traditional financial assets on-chain through zerohash's platform. zerohash provides tokenization infrastructure for some of the largest financial institutions and enterprises in the world, enabling them to issue, distribute, and service assets across public and permissioned blockchains. The landscape is moving fast: new asset classes coming on-chain, new issuance and distribution models, evolving regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, and institutional-grade lifecycle management requirements that must meet the highest standards. You'll also help own the architecture decisions that determine how tokenized assets are issued, transferred, and settled across the platform. Your job is to make sure all of this works reliably, compliantly, and at scale - while building the next generation of tokenization capabilities. You will be a key owner of the strategy, roadmap, and be deep in the mechanics for how assets are tokenized and serviced: issuance frameworks, smart contract architecture, transfer agent functionality, DvP settlement, lifecycle events, and multi-chain distribution. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the core of our platform, directly impacting asset coverage, institutional partnerships, regulatory positioning, and global expansion. This is a fully remote position, strongly preferred to be in a timezone +/- 3 hours of east coast time (US). Responsibilities - Be a primary stakeholder for the roadmap and execution for Tokenization, ruthlessly prioritizing across new asset class support, issuance frameworks, and lifecycle capabilities while clearly articulating and driving the product vision and strategy. - Be a key stakeholder in the design of token issuance and servicing flows end-to-end: from primary issuance through distribution, secondary transfers, corporate actions, and redemption. - Work directly with tokenization technology partners, smart contract auditors, and blockchain infrastructure vendors on integration, onboarding, and ongoing operations. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to translate product requirements into well-architected, production-ready systems spanning EVM and permissioned chain environments. - Partner with our operations and finance stakeholders to develop reconciliation processes between on-chain and off-chain books of record, reduce manual intervention, and automate exception handling across token lifecycle events. - Collaborate deeply with compliance, legal, and risk to ensure tokenization flows meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (i.e. SEC, MiCAR, FCA DSS), transfer restrictions, and investor eligibility controls. - Write clear technical specs, smart contract requirements, and API documentation, both internal and client-facing. - Analyze on-chain and transaction data to identify optimizations, measure flow performance, and inform product decisions. Requirements - Minimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management. - Strong background with building API-based products. - Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contract architecture, token standards (i.e. ERC-20, ERC-3643, Canton CIP standards), and common issuance and settlement models. - Proven ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. - Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks. - Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you can write SQL queries and analyze data effectively. Preferred - Experience building tokenization, digital securities, or stablecoin issuance products - Familiarity with EVM, Canton, and other permissioned chain environments - Background in capital markets, securities operations, or transfer agency - Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role - Experience in a fast-paced startup environment Benefits - Healthcare Insurance: zerohash covers roughly 100% of employee premiums as well as a portion of spouse/children (U.S. only) - Vision & Dental Insurance (U.S. only) - Chance to earn equity - Maternity & Paternity leave (after 6 months) - WeWork All Access Membership - WFH Yearly Stipend - L&D Yearly Stipend (after 6 months) About zerohash zerohash is the leading crypto and stablecoin infrastructure platform and the operating system for digital money, powering the next generation of financial services. Founded in 2017, zerohash enables banks, brokerages, fintechs, and payment companies to offer crypto trading, stablecoin payments, and tokenized assets without having to build or manage complex blockchain infrastructure on their own. The zerohash platform supports three core pillars: Trade, Transact, and Tokenize. Through a single integration, customers can launch regulated crypto buy, sell, and custody services; enable 24/7 stablecoin-based funding, payouts, and settlement; and issue and manage tokenized assets with built-in compliance, risk controls, and reporting. By abstracting away technical, regulatory, and operational complexity, zerohash allows partners to treat digital assets as just another financial primitive: fast, programmable, and global. zerohash is trusted by some of the world's most recognized financial and consumer brands, including Interactive Brokers, Morgan Stanley, Stripe, Franklin Templeton, BlackRock, DraftKings, Gusto, Worldpay, Kalshi, One Pay, among others. Today, zerohash infrastructure supports millions of end users across brokerage, wealth, payments, and marketplace platforms globally. The company is deeply regulated and compliance-first, operating across the U.S. and internationally with licenses and approvals that allow partners to enter crypto and stablecoins with confidence. zerohash has become a trusted partner for enterprises seeking to modernize financial products while meeting the highest standards for security, risk management, and regulatory oversight. To date, zerohash has raised over $280 million in funding from a mix of leading venture firms and strategic investors, including Morgan Stanley, Interactive Brokers, SoFi, Point72 Ventures, Bain Capital Crypto, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and more. zerohash has been featured in top-tier media outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Reuters, Forbes, and CoinDesk, and its leadership team regularly contributes to global conversations on the future of payments, investing, and financial infrastructure. At zerohash, we're building the infrastructure that makes digital money work securely, compliantly, and at global scale. The zerohash Culture All zerohash employees are guided by the following characteristics and core principles: - Independence/Ownership - An ability to work autonomously. Join zerohash, pitch ideas, and shape the work you do. - Passion - We are innovating quickly and challenging the status quo. We want you to think big, be creative and make a difference every day. - Collaborative - A good attitude and respect for others. We're teammates, not co-workers. Everything we do is a shared success and equally a shared failure - we talk in terms of "we" not "me". - Initiative - An ability and passion for learning and asking questions. We will champion you, challenge you and push you to achieve your best - and we expect you to do the same. - Empathy - An ability to listen, respect, and understand your co-workers, customers, and everyone you interact with no matter how different they are to you. - Adaptability - An ability to respond quickly. We are in a fast-paced industry and so we expect you to be creative when solving a new problem and comfortable under pressure. - Transparency - We believe that transparency is critical to empowering everyone to make the best decisions, both the company to its people and vice versa. - Integrity - Integrity creates trust. As both an organization collectively and as individuals, it is our most valuable asset.
