• Adapt and customize existing editorial collections for different clients, contexts, pedagogical needs, and regions. • Create and organize editorial layouts for print and digital materials. • Prepare and review files for graphic production, ensuring technical quality for printing (color, formats, bleed, technical specifications, and optimal material usage). • Support the conversion of content originally produced for print into digital experiences. • Develop and maintain templates, libraries of graphic elements, and visual systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across workflows. • Ensure visual and technical quality control at all stages of the design and production process. • Organize technical specifications, files, and documentation for printing, digital publication, and internal archiving. • Contribute to improvements in workflows between design, print production, and digital development.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Experience in editorial design and print production.
  • Experience preparing files for print (prepress).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
  • Experience creating organized layouts and consistent visual systems.
  • Advanced English (reading and communication).
