Buscamos alguien que nos aporte en: - Asistir en la gestión de reservas y atención al cliente, asegurando una experiencia positiva para los huéspedes. - Colaborar con el equipo para actualizar la información de los huéspedes antes de la llegada. - Apoyar en la coordinación de check-ins, facilitando una transición sin problemas para los huéspedes y el equipo de limpieza. - Participar en la resolución de consultas e incidencias de los huéspedes, ofreciendo soluciones rápidas y efectivas. - Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos internos mediante la recopilación de feedback de los huéspedes. Qualifications - Experiencia previa en atención a cliente, Hotelería o similar. - Tener habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. - Nivel avanzado de español y inglés; se valorarán otros idiomas. - Pasión por ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y ganas de aprender. - Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana en horario de 2am - 12pm.
