Role Description Du entwickelst in den frühen Leistungsphasen Energiekonzepte und bist verantwortlich für deren Umsetzung bis zum operativen Betrieb. - Du betreust unsere Kund:innen im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistungen mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Transformationspläne und Machbarkeitsstudien. - Du begleitest Kund:innen aus der Immobilienwirtschaft und Kommunen vom Erstgespräch bis zum Vertragsabschluss. - Du leitest Deine Projekte und Dein Projektteam von Anfang bis Ende. - Dazu gehören das Vertragsmanagement, Kostenmanagement, Schnittstellenmanagement sowie das Kundenmanagement. - Du behältst stets die ökonomischen, technischen und rechtlichen Anforderungen im Blick und steuerst Deine Projekte zuverlässig innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeit- und Kostenrahmens. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Master oder Diplom). - 2–3 bzw. 3–5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, je nach angestrebter Rolle. - Vertrautheit mit Begriffen wie BEG und BEW sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit den einschlägigen Förderkulissen für die Quartiersentwicklung. - Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Contracting im Bereich Wärmelieferung und idealerweise auch in der Stromlieferung für Gebäude und Quartiere. - Kenntnis von Bezeichnungen wie IPMA®, PMI® oder AXELOS Ltd. (PRINCE2®) ist von Vorteil. - Hohe Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein für anspruchsvolle Projekte. - Verständnis, wie ein Wärmenetz funktioniert; Begriffe wie "Strangventil" sind Dir nicht fremd.
