Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer strategy, talent partnerships, or related fields
- Experience developing creator marketing programs or brand ambassador initiatives from concept through execution
- Strong knowledge of gaming, esports, entertainment, and digital creator ecosystems
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear strategic direction
- Experience using performance insights and campaign data to refine recommendations and program strategy
- Familiarity with creator platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, and X/Twitter
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 10–15% for client meetings, cross-functional planning sessions, and agency initiatives as needed
