Customer Success Associate

Interview Kickstart

• Assisting students to complete - On boarding formalities Welcoming each student on call before the batch start date. • Tracking individual student progress for multiple cohorts as they move through IK’s program and maximize completion rates. • Keeping dropouts and deferrals to a minimum by offering additional guidance & support. • Getting reviews and referrals from students. Work closely with all the internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience Maintaining daily trackers, comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM etc. • Communicating to students via calls, email, direct message, video, or a mix of communication strategies. • Mentoring & motivating students and connecting them to guidance coaches and career coaches as and when required. • Serve as the single point of contact for all students queries and concerns

Job Requirements

  • 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, and/or other customer-facing role.
  • Experience building out and tracking information in Excel and/or data collection.
  • Experience working in operations, performance coaching, and/or program management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management and Information Systems (OMIS), or other degree in a related field is a plus & Available to work evenings PST with some morning meetings PST (US Hours)

At Pencil, our Customer Success Managers are at the forefront of shifting Pencil from a Creative GenAI Tool to an Agentic Operating System. You will own the testing, validating, and proving the business impact of Pencil’s new agentic media capabilities. Your goal is to work directly with our Product team and existing customers to transform their media allocation through GenAI + Agentic features and drive a 10x increase in connected media spend to Pencil. Requirements - Become a power user of Pencil’s new media capabilities. - Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure new capabilities are performing correctly and meeting client needs. - Identify and recruit existing enterprise clients to test new features. - Design and perform test campaigns to measure the ROI of agentic media buying versus traditional methods. You will be responsible for proving success metrics. - For every new feature, deliver a validated "Proof of Impact" report that translates new capabilities into a compelling business case for client SLTs. - Act as a media strategist by helping clients connect their ad accounts to Pencil, expanding the universe of influenceable media spend.
