Bilingual DD Coordinator
Arion Care
• Provide daily administrative support to the DD leadership team • Process payroll and billing for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) • Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking families, guardians, and team members • Maintain required documentation and certifications • Attend member planning meetings, both remotely and in person • Help ensure timely communication and service delivery in both languages • Travel locally for meetings, site visits, and inspection
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in administrative roles or human services
- Strong written and verbal communication in both languages
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and databases
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Reliable vehicle and flexibility to travel within the Valley
- Must be 18+, able to pass background check, and obtain DPS fingerprint clearance card
