Job Description The Professional Services division is responsible for all delivery and projects for clients on our front-back-office asset management platform. From portfolio and order management to performance, risk, and accounting, our solution is a seamless, full investment lifecycle platform that simplifies your processes. As an Associate (Professional Services), you will be required to work with both business experts (senior market finance consultants, managers, risk managers, etc.) and technical experts (R&D team, Delivery & DevOps team, etc.) In the role, you will: Work closely with the R&D team on the quality and functional evolution of the Software Package: - Writing functional specifications and participating in scoping phases - Organize and participate in test campaigns - Writing documentation for business users. Meet the needs of our customers (Asset Management Companies, Family Offices, Private Banks and Insurers), through: - Consulting: assistance and training for business teams. - Parameterization and design: report automation, control parameterization, data transfer, business data control... You will take part in both individual tasks and projects lasting several months, often on our customers' premises and in direct contact with their business teams (managers, middle managers, RCCI, etc.). The unrivalled functional coverage of our solution will enable you to work on a wide range of issues: - Front Office: order placement, decision support... - Middle Office: compliance, market risk monitoring, performance analysis, data management... - Back Office: investment accounting Job Requirements: - Master's degree in a relevant degree area such as: Financial Markets, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems - Must have good technical skills with languages and tools such as Python, SQL, VBA. - You already have proven professional experience in market finance (this can include intern or apprenticeships). - You are comfortable using advanced Excel - You are rigorous, creative, proactive, autonomous, good at interpersonal relations and a team player. - Fluency in French, German, and English

• Lead and architect technical vision for large enterprise customers' implementation, testing, and reporting • Work with and directly support our customers to craft the best possible experiences for users in Clutch • Implement and troubleshoot Clutch solutions in a wide array of configurations and Client environments • Be an expert on Clutch’s platform capabilities and app design patterns • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve products based on Client requirements and feedback • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects • Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status to both internal and Customer stakeholders • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams within Clutch to improve the platform • Improve internal processes, tooling, and documentation to help Clutch scale effectively and increase implementation efficiency.

• Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various functional & technical modules including advanced modules • Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules • Assist project lead on solution design workshops with customers and lead certain aspects of solution design independently • Contribute to the solution design document (Blueprint) • Cross-train across functional and connectivity modules • Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules • Assist customer in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support • Lead certain aspects of training sessions and create custom training agendas • Lead specific workshops under guidance of team lead • Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software • Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time • Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%

• Manage customer implementations of varying complexity, which includes responsibility for getting our customers live on Brightflag, on time, and in line with their expectations. • Oversee multiple implementations simultaneously, managing priorities, risks, and escalations while adhering to project timelines and plans. • Serve as a trusted advisor by collaborating closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements in order to set them up for long term success. • Optimally configure the Brightflag platform according to project scope and customer requirements. • Develop a data migration strategy and coordinate with internal resources to ensure its successful execution. • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams on customer feature requests and integrations with other systems in the customers’ tech stacks. • Collaborate with the assigned Customer Success Manager to identify the key factors for a successful implementation. • Foster long-term customer success by ensuring their needs are not only met during implementation but also aligned for continued growth and satisfaction.
