Job Description The Professional Services division is responsible for all delivery and projects for clients on our front-back-office asset management platform. From portfolio and order management to performance, risk, and accounting, our solution is a seamless, full investment lifecycle platform that simplifies your processes. As an Associate (Professional Services), you will be required to work with both business experts (senior market finance consultants, managers, risk managers, etc.) and technical experts (R&D team, Delivery & DevOps team, etc.) In the role, you will: Work closely with the R&D team on the quality and functional evolution of the Software Package: - Writing functional specifications and participating in scoping phases - Organize and participate in test campaigns - Writing documentation for business users. Meet the needs of our customers (Asset Management Companies, Family Offices, Private Banks and Insurers), through: - Consulting: assistance and training for business teams. - Parameterization and design: report automation, control parameterization, data transfer, business data control... You will take part in both individual tasks and projects lasting several months, often on our customers' premises and in direct contact with their business teams (managers, middle managers, RCCI, etc.). The unrivalled functional coverage of our solution will enable you to work on a wide range of issues: - Front Office: order placement, decision support... - Middle Office: compliance, market risk monitoring, performance analysis, data management... - Back Office: investment accounting Job Requirements: - Master's degree in a relevant degree area such as: Financial Markets, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems - Must have good technical skills with languages and tools such as Python, SQL, VBA. - You already have proven professional experience in market finance (this can include intern or apprenticeships). - You are comfortable using advanced Excel - You are rigorous, creative, proactive, autonomous, good at interpersonal relations and a team player. - Fluency in French, German, and English
