Sony Interactive Entertainment
• Support product management across multiple live and upcoming titles from PlayStation Studios to help effectively build out capabilities and successfully launch and manage their live service titles. • Evaluate design specs and mockups, identify and escalate risks, and advise on mitigation strategies, while contributing directly to feature definition and validation roadmaps across development cycles. • Lead/co-lead initiatives to drive measurable improvements through hypothesis development, testing, and iteration. • Communicate performance results and actionable recommendations to both product and studio feature team stakeholders, connecting player experience to business outcomes. • Highlight opportunities for product performance growth for various titles, and support improvement initiatives to a successful outcome with analysis and reporting. • Provide hands-on support to studios across various core competencies from feature design to live content, performance reporting and market knowledge. • Help share best practices to support game studios standing up and evolving their processes and capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Experience in product management for live service games, preferably on AAA Console/PC titles.
- Understand, conceptualize, and abstract the design of game systems, features, and mechanics.
- Data fluency and working experience of partnering with analytics, research, and insights groups.
- Solid grasp of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design for live game features.
- Proven business and market awareness with analytical capabilities, using data to inform decisions.
- Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, excellent communication and empathy for creative teams.
- Working knowledge of different types of games, genres, and business models (F2P, premium, cosmetic economy, etc.).
- Experience working with publishing partners (marketing, release management, store, etc.).
- Deep passion for games and ability to evaluate and break down the components of what makes a successful live game.

Role Description As Head of Hosting, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth and success of Hostinger’s core Web Hosting product. You’ll work directly with Design and Engineering to improve activation, retention, and monetization. Your job is to make Butter easier to understand, shorten time to value, and turn usage into sharing.
