• Your role will be critical in managing and evolving the SAP environment for Finance, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business needs: • Actively work to ensure and optimize the entire software lifecycle (Development, Operation and Support) for the Finance area, ensuring system stability and continuous evolution • Proactively seek system solutions and process improvements to add business value. This includes actively monitoring technological trends and evolution to recommend and implement innovations; • Lead the technical design, configuration and deployment of robust SAP solutions, based on best practices and the resolution of complex issues; • Maintain close, consultative contact with users (Key Users) to improve applications and data quality, translating challenges into clear and effective specifications; • Maintain strategic alignment, ensuring full adherence to IT policies, standards and processes, acting as a multiplier of knowledge and best practices; • Work with multidisciplinary teams (Key Users, Tech and suppliers), focused on driving and leading solutions, preparing system specifications, and overseeing quality, development and deployment.

• Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions to support federal logistics, materials management, and warehousing operations • Serve as the functional lead and primary point of contact for the SCM/EWM workstream, managing scope, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and junior consultant contributions across the engagement • Analyze and translate federal logistics and warehousing requirements – including inbound and outbound processing, warehouse structure design, storage type and section configuration, and task and resource management – into functional design specifications and system configuration • Configure and maintain core SAP EWM components including warehouse structure, storage bin management, transfer orders, warehouse tasks, physical inventory, and yard management • Design and govern integration touchpoints between SAP EWM and related modules including SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), and TM (Transportation Management) • Lead requirements-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with federal logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations stakeholders • Configure and validate SAP SCM processes including demand planning, supply network planning, and inventory optimization in support of federal supply chain visibility requirements • Provide oversight and mentorship to junior consultants on the SCM/EWM workstream, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to project and client standards • Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials for all SCM and EWM components • Ensure all logistics and warehousing configurations remain compliant with federal supply chain regulations, asset accountability requirements, and security protocols applicable to the classified operating environment.

• Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Production and Test Management (PTM) processes within the SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules to support defense and energy manufacturing operations • Serve as the functional lead and primary point of contact for the PTM workstream, managing scope, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and junior consultant contributions across the engagement • Analyze and translate complex federal manufacturing requirements – including production orders, work center management, routing configurations, inspection lots, and quality notification workflows – into functional design specifications and system configuration • Configure and maintain core SAP PP components including Bills of Materials (BOMs), work centers, routings, production order management, capacity planning, and material requirements planning (MRP) integration • Design and configure SAP QM inspection plans, inspection characteristics, control charts, quality certificates, and defect recording workflows to support manufacturing quality assurance and compliance requirements • Oversee integration touchpoints between SAP PP/QM and related modules including MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), SD (Sales & Distribution), and CO (Controlling) • Lead requirements-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with federal manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance stakeholders • Provide oversight and mentorship to junior consultants on the PTM workstream, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to project and client standards • Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials for all PTM components • Ensure all manufacturing and quality configurations remain compliant with federal defense manufacturing standards, DCMA/DCAA requirements, agency-specific operational policies, and security protocols applicable to the classified operating environment
