Role Description We’re seeking a Recruiting Specialist with a proven ability to fill hard-to-find, niche roles , particularly within the boiler, HVAC, or skilled trades industries. While a primary focus will be sourcing and hiring for specialized technical roles, this position will also support full-cycle recruiting across the organization , including sales, parts, leadership, and corporate functions. This is a remote position reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture . What You’ll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including: - Primary focus: Boiler Technicians, Boiler Mechanics, Service roles - Additional roles: Sales, Parts, Engineering, Finance, Leadership, and Executive-level hires - Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill, specialized roles across multiple locations - Source candidates through: - LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and industry-specific networks - Direct outreach and targeted sourcing strategies - Adjacent industries (manufacturing, power generation, mechanical trades, etc.) - Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms - Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers - Administer and incorporate Predictive Index (PI) assessments into the hiring process - Partner with leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning - Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes Qualifications - 5+ years of recruiting experience, focused on hard-to-fill or niche roles - Experience recruiting in boiler, HVAC, mechanical, or skilled trades industries preferred - Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions , including technical and professional roles - Strong sourcing skills, especially with passive candidates - Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different locations - Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills - Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools - PI or behavioral assessment experience is a plus What Sets You Apart - You know how to find talent beyond job boards - You can translate experience from adjacent industries into strong hires - You’re comfortable shifting between field roles and executive searches - You bring persistence, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset Benefits - Employee-owned company (ESOP) — shared success - High-impact role with visibility across the organization - Opportunity to shape recruiting strategy and processes - Collaborative, team-oriented culture - Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives
