Role Description Think Academy U.S. is seeking an enthusiastic Remote PreK to K Math Teacher to work with students from Preschool to Kindergarten in math. Teachers will be expected to thoroughly understand math concepts, prepare lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum, deliver engaging and age-appropriate math classes, and communicate regularly with students and parents. - Preparing and teaching online math classes for students on a weekly basis (10-20 classes = approximately 10-20 hours/week) - Class assignments and teaching hours depend on your lesson preparation readiness and student satisfaction - Participating in paid teaching assistant work by attending classes and learning from experience lead teachers' teaching methods - Conducting trial lessons with new students to help them enroll in the correct classes (5-10 hours/week) - Grading homework and communicating with parents weekly to update them on students' learning progress and areas for improvement (3-5 hours/week) - Other work assigned by teaching management team Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher; all majors are welcome though Education or STEM-related majors are preferred! - Prior math teaching experience is a plus - High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the ability to engage and excite children effectively! - Passionate about teaching, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents Requirements - Availability and willingness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026 Benefits - Competitive Pay: - Teaching Hours: $25-$30/hr - Administrative Hours (Lesson Prep, Grading, Parent Communication): $16-$21/hr - End-of-Semester Commission based on performance: Target 15% - Yearly Salary Estimate: 1st year Total Target Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 - Flexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere that suits you best! - Professional Growth: Teachers who consistently deliver high-quality classes may be promoted to management roles, which come with increased responsibilities, additional performance bonuses, and enhanced benefits - Paid Training Program: Leverage Think Academy's paid, Teacher Training Program to develop your career in education! - 401k and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance (depending on eligibility)

Role Description Verifies, researches, and evaluates credentialing data. Coordinates and ensures complete and accurate provider files for review by Credentials Committee. - Performs queries in credentialing systems to assess the accuracy of credentials verifications. - Reviews reports and provider applications against credentialing criteria. - Reviews issues/problems with practitioner files and determines the appropriate course of action. - Researches and verifies postgraduate training for non-board-certified providers via mail, internet, phone, or fax. - Evaluates postgraduate training for non-board-certified providers against criteria. - Documents and updates provider systems with resolution and/or status of provider issues. - Prepares files for Credentials Committee review. - Contacts provider offices and institutions to obtain additional information via phone, fax, internet, and mail. - Participates on special projects as needed. - Performs all other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary. - Collaborates, coordinates, and communicates across disciplines and departments. - Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. - Demonstrates commitment to the Company’s core values. - The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
