Nous recherchons un(e) Architecte Fonctionnel Oracle ERP Cloud SCM expérimenté(e) pour accompagner un important déploiement international entre la France et la Tunisie, en collaboration avec des équipes situées en Inde et aux États-Unis. Ce rôle vous permettra d’intervenir sur des sujets stratégiques, dans un environnement multiculturel stimulant, avec une réelle autonomie et un impact direct sur la réussite du programme. • Design and implement integration strategies for complex, multi-system enterprise solutions, including deployment, testing, and infrastructure optimization • Define integration architecture patterns and recommend technology solutions aligned with client business objectives and technical constraints • Design multi-layer integration architectures (API Gateway, middleware, backend systems) ensuring end-to-end traceability and observability • Create comprehensive technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and design specifications following industry-standard methodologies (C4, UML, ArchiMate) • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements through architecture reviews and quality gates • Act as the technical reference for integration architecture in front of enterprise clients, representing Equisoft in technical discussions and architectural decision-making • Lead and coordinate various stakeholder groups (Architects, Team Leads, Project Managers, Client Teams) during implementation projects • Define and oversee testing strategies including integration, performance, and load testing to ensure quality deliverables • Design and implement distributed logging, tracing, and auditing strategies to ensure observability across integration layers • Support the definition and implementation of CI/CD strategies and automated deployment pipelines for integration components • Stay current with technology trends in enterprise integration, cloud infrastructure, and middleware, and provide recommendations for evolving best practices • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives) and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes

• Support the Sales team with recommendations for development and implementation of complex offerings and solutions to achieve sales quotas • Collaborate with the account team in working toward the shared sales quota goals (product and services) while maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective customers • Prepare detailed specifications of our offerings and implement customer installation plans • Design solutions based on customer requirements and create and deliver solid business cases • Design value-driven architectures and present the application and ROI of our technologies • Deliver compelling recommendations and quality solutions that result in the closing of new sales • Use your skills as a technical solutions expert and your understanding of industry best practices to deliver timely results to customers that satisfy their expectations • Share knowledge and findings to allow team members to learn from your successes and mistakes

• Owning the technical side of deals by helping move customers from “this looks interesting” to “we’re confident this will work.” • Working directly with customers to design scalable systems using PostgreSQL and TigerData • Going deep on real problems: schema design, query optimization, performance issues, and architectural tradeoffs • Acting as a trusted technical partner from the first conversation through early adoption • Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success - bringing real customer feedback back into the product • Building things that scale your impact: demos, reference architectures, benchmarks, and technical content • Using AI tools where they actually help - whether that’s analyzing queries faster, exploring architectures, or speeding up how you build and share solutions • Staying curious and continuously learning (Postgres ecosystem, cloud infra, emerging data patterns, etc.)
