• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives across EMEA, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching in an insight-led, challenger-style sales motion • Own EMEA revenue attainment both new logo and expansion across Tiger Cloud and self-hosted deployments, including TimescaleDB Enterprise as it becomes commercially available • Build and enforce the outbound motion that anchors the region: target account discipline, contact density, and quality of engagement over volume • Coach reps on business impact discovery and ensure adoption of our sales framework • Partner with Marketing on ABM execution for the region, including custom nurture cadences, event follow-up, and coordinated coverage against the target account list • Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and CDE / Professional Services to move deals through complex, multi-stakeholder cycles • Recruit, hire, and develop talent building a bench of strong ICs and identifying future leaders within the team • Represent EMEA in company-level GTM planning, forecasting, and quarterly leadership discussions

• Prospect to CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and technical end users with insight-led outreach that challenges how they currently approach our specific problem.. • Develop and execute strategic account plans for a defined set of named accounts. • Build and maintain relationships at the executive level (VP, C-suite) across technical and business functions. • Diagnose customer challenges and reframe them in a way that highlights risks, hidden costs, and missed opportunities in the status quo. • Manage the full sales cycle, confidently guiding stakeholders toward clear decisions. • Coordinate cross-functional resources (Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Legal, Product) across extended sales cycles. • Land new logos and drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts.

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of engineers, owning hiring, performance management, career development, and team health. • Own the Console end to end — the UI customers use to operate the platform, including observability, user management, and developer-experience features such as chunk-size optimization and other cloud-only capabilities. • Own the strategy and delivery of developer tooling alongside the Console, including the Tiger CLI and MCP integrations. • Own billing end to end, from the underlying services through the customer-facing experience. • Set technical direction across a predominantly JavaScript and Go stack, balancing speed of delivery, polish, and long-term maintainability. • Establish engineering practices, conventions, and culture for a team that is actively reorganizing and ramping up execution, and help drive the broader organizational change. • Partner closely with Product, Design, and other engineering leaders to turn a roadmap into shipped, polished features. • Be an enthusiastic and personable leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and write code

• Identify, recruit, and sign systems integrators focused on data center design, construction, modernization, and operations. • Develop and maintain a prioritized target account strategy based on SI market presence, customer footprint, technical capabilities, and project volume. • Build executive and practitioner-level relationships across engineering, delivery, alliance, and leadership stakeholders within partner organizations. • Lead commercial negotiations from initial outreach through executed channel partnerships agreements. • Structure reseller, referral, co-sell, and design partnership agreements tailored to the data center SI ecosystem. • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product leadership to develop scalable commercial frameworks. • Define activation plans and success milestones for partners at 90, 180, and 365 days. • Establish repeatable approaches for partner recruitment, onboarding, and commercialization. • Build and execute joint GTM plans with newly signed partners. • Coordinate account mapping, pipeline generation activities, and co-selling motions with TigerData's direct sales organization. • Support partners through their first opportunities and deployments to ensure successful outcomes and long-term adoption. • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architecture and Product teams to position TimescaleDB Enterprise within complex data center environments. • Maintain accurate CRM reporting for recruitment status, partner opportunities, and revenue forecasts. • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance. • Surface risks, blockers, and market intelligence early to improve win rates and partner effectiveness. • Develop operational rigor around forecasting and partner performance management. • Build the foundational playbook for TigerData's data center SI strategy. • Capture market feedback and competitive intelligence to improve messaging, positioning, and product strategy. • Represent TigerData at industry conferences, customer events, and partner meetings. • Leverage AI tools to improve partner research, territory planning, account prioritization, pipeline management, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

• Owning core FP&A planning and operating rhythms • Owning headcount forecasting and hiring budget tracking across the business. • Supporting and improving the company’s departmental budgeting process, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and budget-versus-actual analysis. • Monitoring departmental operating budgets, identifying risks and changes against plan, understanding ROI of spend, and driving follow-up actions with stakeholders. • Building trusted models, spreadsheets, and recurring reporting that leaders can understand, use, and make decisions from. • Helping create scalable planning processes that improve visibility, accountability, and decision quality across the business. • Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall go-to-market performance. • Owning the design, administration, and calculation of commission and incentive plans across GTM teams, including maintaining accurate payouts and supporting scalable compensation processes. • Building the reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks used to track revenue performance, identify trends, and support operational and strategic decision-making. • Using AI tools effectively to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of analysis and reporting workflows, while exercising strong judgment around accuracy, business context, and data integrity. • Pulling and validating data independently using SQL • Building spreadsheets and models that people can digest and trust • Fluency with respect to creating very clear Google and PowerPoint slides

• Triage, validate, and remediate security vulnerabilities across products, infrastructure, and internal systems. • Develop, maintain, and contribute to internal and open-source security tooling. Read and write production-grade code. • Improve secure development practices: perform secure code reviews, threat modeling, and security design reviews. • Improve security automation across CI/CD, cloud, and internal platforms. • Support incident response, security investigations, and compliance initiatives (evidence gathering, access reviews). • Investigate emerging risks related to AI-assisted development and actively use AI tooling in workflows.

• Leading the design and development of TimescaleDB Enterprise, our on-prem deployment and management platform for TimescaleDB. • Building and evolving core product capabilities, including: - management consoles, - deployment workflows, - operational tooling, - configuration management, - and customer administration experiences. • Owning technical decisions across the product lifecycle, balancing speed, scalability, maintainability, and customer experience. • Working directly with enterprise customers and prospects to understand operational requirements and translate them into pragmatic product solutions. • Driving new feature development while continuously improving reliability, usability, and operational simplicity. • Partnering closely with Platform Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Support, and Sales Engineering. • Helping shape the long-term product and technical direction of the Enterprise platform. • Operating effectively in ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly and engineers are expected to drive clarity. • Leveraging AI tools daily to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and product iteration workflows.

• Maintain stability of control plane consisting of a distributed microservice architecture closely interacting with kubernetes and cloud provider APIs • Debug and resolve complex Kubernetes issues across multiple regions and clouds • Automate database lifecycle operations (deploy, resize, upgrade, fork) • Participate in on-call rotation, handle incident response, perform root cause analysis • Develop back-end features for Tiger Cloud, specializing in a distributed microservice architecture • Develop Kubernetes controllers, operators, and CRDs to extend platform capabilities • Enhance observability and monitoring systems • Improve deployment reliability, error handling, and client tooling (CLI interfaces) • Collaborate closely with infrastructure and software engineering teams • Stay current with Kubernetes releases and contribute to system architecture of scalable microservices
