• Perform an end-to-end assessment of the HPE NonStop platform. • Analyze the current architecture (hardware, software, network, middleware, applications). • Review transactional loads, peaks, usage patterns, and historical performance. • Detect availability risks, possible single points of failure, configuration issues, bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, monitoring gaps. • Validate existing procedures and assess compliance with HPE best practices and banking standards. • Propose technical and organizational improvements based on HPE standards, resilience frameworks, and banking best practices. • Advise the technical team on implementing improvements and suggest practices to reduce operational risks and prevent production outages.

• Lead complex Red Hat Consulting engagements, taking ownership of the full project lifecycle from design and architecture to successful implementation. • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) at the client site, addressing strategic IT needs and complex technical challenges. • Design and implement sophisticated OpenShift solutions that integrate with a customer's existing infrastructure, including networking, storage, security, and identity management. • Mentor and guide customer teams on best practices for containerisation, application deployment, and OpenShift administration. • Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to automate application delivery and ensure a consistent, repeatable deployment process. • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including architecture designs, operational runbooks, and project reports for both technical and executive stakeholders. • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for OpenShift upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and potential issues. • Champion continuous learning and stay current with the latest OpenShift features, cloud-native technologies, and industry trends.

• Lead client workshops to capture requirements and create proposed solution designs, in collaboration with a Solutions Architect. • Help to direct projects in order they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. • Perform in-depth analysis of clients’ business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Identify improvement opportunities and propose technology solutions. • Lead sprint planning and/or structure and prioritise work item backlogs in a logical and derisked approach to solution building. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure effective adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Understand their business challenges and provide strategic advice. • Negotiate project deliverables and agreements with Customers to ensure projects are financially and technically feasible. • Author and present detailed reports and findings to stakeholders. This includes technical documentation, project updates, and strategic recommendations.
