Role Description This is a hands-on, high impact role at the reporting core of our People Analytics and Reporting function. As Sr. Analyst, HR Reporting and Analytics, you will design, develop, and deliver HR reporting solutions that give leaders and managers the workforce insights they need to make better, faster decisions. From day one, you will take ownership of a high visibility, multi-year strategic initiative as the primary driver of our migration to SuccessFactors Report Stories. This work will play a key role in modernizing how reporting is built, delivered, and used across the organization. - Lead end-to-end design and delivery of new HRIS reporting and dashboard solutions, from intake and requirements through testing, implementation, and production support, while owning a steady cadence of operational reports. - Drive the SuccessFactors Report Stories migration as subject matter expert, and conduct SAP release testing and downstream impact analysis to keep the reporting environment stable and current. - Identify opportunities to retire, consolidate, and streamline legacy reports, and develop and maintain query structures, SQL statements, and data models in alignment with data governance standards. - Translate complex or ambiguous business questions into clear reporting requirements and sustainable solutions, partnering with HR COEs and business leaders to deliver meaningful metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights. - Serve as a hands-on resource for HRIS reporting tools, onboarding new users, resolving issues, and building reporting capability across the organization. - Actively leverage AI tools to automate, accelerate, and elevate the quality of reporting work across the function. - Maintain clear process documentation and deliver training and guidance to support effective user adoption of reporting tools and solutions.
