• Manage end-to-end technical onboarding for new hires (laptop setup, account configuration, tool access, and guidance) • Provide technical support and troubleshooting with a strong sense of urgency, especially for executive-level users • Act as a primary point of contact for internal IT support requests • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary • Create and maintain clear, organized process and technical documentation • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to systems and workflows • Ensure a smooth and positive user experience across all IT interactions

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Nice to Have:**
  • Experience with VPNs and remote access tools
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity suites
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation

Role Description The primary purpose of this position is to perform technical tasks related to the operation and monitoring of assigned technologies for the managed services customer base in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, schedules, and checklists.
