• Lead the design and evolution of cloud (AWS) data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance and governance. • Design and implement robust, resilient and efficient data pipelines. • Define technical standards (modeling, ingestion, orchestration, data quality). • Act as the technical reference for the team, supporting and developing more junior engineers. • Drive architecture and technology decisions (tools, frameworks, best practices). • Lead complex data integration initiatives (ERP, e-commerce, CRM, franchises, etc.). • Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across the entire pipeline. • Work closely with the business, translating strategic problems into data solutions. • Advance DataOps practices, CI/CD and pipeline observability. • Optimize cost and performance of the data infrastructure. • Take a leading role in building the omnichannel vision and the semantic data layer. • Support the maintenance and continuous evolution of the existing environment.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in data analysis and engineering in large-scale environments.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud (S3, Redshift, Glue, etc.).
- Advanced experience with data orchestration (Kestra, Airflow or similar).
- Advanced SQL (tuning, modeling, complex queries, procedures).
- Advanced Python applied to data and automation.
- Experience developing scripts and automations (ETL, validations, integrations).
- Practical experience with RPA or process automation (e.g., Selenium, scripts, integrations with legacy systems).
- Experience with analytical data modeling (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.).
- Proven experience integrating multiple sources and complex systems.
- Experience with BI tools and a solid understanding of data consumption.
- Experience in end-to-end projects (architecture, development and maintenance).
- Good communication skills and the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
