In this critical role, you'll help us achieve these goals for our clients and play a crucial part in enabling RapidScale to meet our ambitious growth targets. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities - Deliver cloud solutions across client engagements including assessments, migrations (rehost, replatform, refactor), and modernization initiatives - Implement Azure environments aligned to security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization best practices - Partner with Solution Architects to translate designs into scalable, executable solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation and deployment - Support transition of client environments to Managed Services, including documentation, diagrams, and knowledge transfer - Contribute to automation, process improvements, and internal capability development within the Professional Services team Qualifications Minimum - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field - Strong client-facing and consultative experience in addition to hands-on delivery - Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure, networking, identity, and governance (IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policies) - Proven experience migrating workloads to Azure using tools such as Azure Migrate, ASR, or similar - Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, (ARM/Bicep a plus) - Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Azure CLI) - Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps) - Systems administration experience across Windows and/or Linux - At least one Associate, Expert, or Specialty-level certificate on Azure - Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automation Preferred - Working knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes (AKS or similar) - Experience with rehost, replatform, and refactor migration strategies - Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) - DevOps Engineer Expert, AI Engineer, or any Data-related certifications is desirable. - Exposureto AWS or GCP - Experience with AIML services and tools for building custom solutions on Azure - Experience with Data and analytics services on Azure (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Databricks) USD 122,600.00 - 204,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $122,600.00 - $204,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
