Role Description Energetic and motivated self-starter to join the Engineering Process Group to drive organizational changes and support development teams in improving quality and performance. Role Description We're hiring a Staff Engineer (ML) to join our Test Engine team. In this role, you'll define and lead the technical strategy for machine learning within Test Engine — specifically, building the models and infrastructure behind predictive test selection: using code changes to determine which tests actually need to run. Staff Engineers at Buildkite are hands-on technical leaders. You'll influence how we design, build, and scale systems while supporting other engineers to deliver their best work. Role Description The Sr. Full Stack Engineer is a key contributor within the IT organization responsible for the architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack applications that power ADDMAN’s business operations. This role will play a pivotal part in building out the development department at ADDMAN, designing and delivering distributed systems end-to-end—from backend service workers and middleware through business logic, routing, and user-facing interfaces. - Lead the design, development, and operation of full-stack applications built on a modern technology stack: React (with Vite) on the frontend, C# and Node.js (Fastify) on the server side. - Own solutions end-to-end—including architecture, coding, data modeling, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. - Produce documentation and project roadmaps needed to scale the team. - Bridge software architecture, application engineering, and data engineering. - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. - Fully remote position, with some travel to ADDMAN sites required as needed. The role includes managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing solar PV plant performance. The position demands strong analytical/coordination skills, electrical engineering fundamentals, and an understanding of the Solar PV operations. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and protection systems. Key Responsibilities - Technical analysis & support: - Daily data Monitoring of projects allocated - Oversee daily operations of solar PV plants (rooftop/utility-scale) as per the schedule - Identify and resolve performance issues to maximize generation. - Analytical: - Maintaining Breakdown sheet, customer complaint register, module cleaning sheet for Data Analytics - Coordination with analytics team for tracking KPI like PR, Plant availability and Generation guarantee - Documentation: - O&M audit before project handover and share punch points - Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and performance logs. - Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities. - Process improvements: - Update Customer complaint registers daily and track closure as per the target date mentioned - Coordinate with vendors for IMS documentation adherence - Creation of tracker for failures of Inverter, sensor, modules, any equipment etc – weekly update - Spares management and inventory tracking for all sites allocated - Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and plan ahead - Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and warranty claims and advance planning on extended warranty for equipments Qualifications - Education: B.E./B.
