Role Description Implementation Specialists are responsible for accurate and on-time deployment of Kalepa’s platform for new clients, ensuring that we are efficiently and effectively onboarding our clients. They support the Client Success team to ensure we are hitting project deadlines in an accurate and professional manner. Our ideal candidate has a history of providing a superior client experience directly in Insurance Tech or in software deployments of a related domain. He / she is expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Kalepa resources within our Client Success and Product Organization.
