• Partner with executives, customers, and subject matter experts to identify insights, develop original points of view, and create differentiated market narratives • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across formats including blogs, newsletters, research reports, webinars, customer stories, case studies, landing pages, sales enablement assets, and emerging content formats • Build and manage thought leadership programs for executives and subject matter experts, including content planning, interviewing, ghostwriting, publishing, and performance tracking • Own SEO and AEO initiatives to improve discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines • Continuously experiment with new formats, channels, and audience growth initiatives, using data to determine where Kalepa should invest further • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate production and research while maintaining a high bar for editorial quality, accuracy, and original thinking • Track, analyze, and report on content performance, using insights to refine strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions

• We’re looking for strong backend engineers who love building reliable systems around fragmented, but high-value data. • As part of the Core Backend team, you’ll work on the systems at the center of Kalepa: designing services, data models, pipelines, and evaluation loops. • The goal is not just cleaner data, but an intelligence layer that makes better, faster, and more explainable decisions. • You’ll join a high-ownership team responsible for some of Kalepa’s most business-critical infrastructure. • Your work will make our data more complete, our decisions more transparent, and our products even more valuable.

• Investigate reported issues end to end within Kalepa’s AI underwriting platform. Coordinate technical resolution end-to-end. • Distinguish working-as-expected behavior from genuine bugs, configuration issues, user education gaps, and feature requests. • Manage your own queue and hit response and resolution targets consistently. • Draft responses to Kalepa’s clients that are clear, accurate, and resolve the issue without unnecessary back and forth. • Maintain professional, consistent communication across all client touchpoints. • File Jira tickets with full diagnostic context when issues are confirmed bugs, so Engineering has what they need to resolve quickly. • Identify patterns across tickets and surface them to Client Success and Product as themes worth addressing structurally. • Become an expert user of Kalepa, with deep familiarity across workflows, edge cases, and product behavior. Build and maintain per-client implementation knowledge.

• Kalepa is looking for a technically-focused Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to be a leader within our Product team. • You will be expected to set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa’s core platform: working closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on Kalepa’s product vision and unlock value for users.

• Leverage deep expertise in Kalepa's platform, insurance, and our clients' businesses to efficiently configure and deploy Kalepa's AI platform • Drive initial client setup and configuration, delivering high-value outcomes aligned with client expectations and transitioning seamlessly to a best-practice operating model • Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep projects on track and on time • Triage, investigate, and clearly communicate client-reported issues and feedback • Manage multiple simultaneous implementations by prioritizing effectively and context-switching with ease • Continuously improve delivery efficiency through scalable processes, and improved documentation and methodologies • Think critically about how to evolve our internal tools and external-facing workflows as our client base grows • Improve delivery efficiency through the development of scalable processes, pre-configured templates, and improved methodologies • Own client-facing implementation documentation, including guides, specs, and training materials

Role Description Implementation Specialists are responsible for accurate and on-time deployment of Kalepa’s platform for new clients, ensuring that we are efficiently and effectively onboarding our clients. They support the Client Success team to ensure we are hitting project deadlines in an accurate and professional manner. Our ideal candidate has a history of providing a superior client experience directly in Insurance Tech or in software deployments of a related domain. He / she is expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Kalepa resources within our Client Success and Product Organization.
