Role Description We’re seeking a passionate Remote Support Engineer to join our team in the Telecom sector. If you’re motivated to make an impact and thrive in a collaborative setup, we’d love to connect with you. - Conduct initial assessment of reported incidents or service requests at the Helpdesk. - Provide support for basic incidents reported via email, ticket, or phone. - Follow triage for High Severity Incidents and initiate Sev1/2 tickets. - Hand over all Sev1/2 incidents to the Systems Availability Manager / BRC. - Resolve basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. - Collect information through customer conversations, accessing support tools, and additional support staff (service resources) if needed. Qualifications - Have a graduate degree with a Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology or a related field. - Possess working experience with BMC Remedy tool and remote support tools. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Are willing to work in shifts (24*7) and are a good team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve. - Hold an ITIL certification (added advantage) and have knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool (added advantage).

Our roaming clients are built for multiple OS platforms and run on hundreds of thousands of machines. It secures our customers' machines, allowing them to filter DNS traffic and properly block incoming risks or sites.
