Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically sharp Commissions Analyst to join our Finance team on a part-time basis. This role is central to ensuring our ~80-person sales organization is paid accurately, on time, and with full transparency. You will own end-to-end commission processing, rep-facing communication, and cross-functional reporting — working closely with Sales Leadership, HR, and Accounting. The ideal candidate thrives in structured monthly cycles, is comfortable managing multiple compensation structures simultaneously, and can translate complex data into clear, rep-friendly outputs. Schedule & Availability - Standard commitment of 20 hours per week, with the ability to flex up to 30 hours during peak periods (e.g., month-end close, plan rollouts) with written prior approval from your manager. - Required to maintain consistent availability windows during business hours on designated days each week for rep questions, stakeholder syncs, and real-time collaboration. - Outside of required availability windows, you have full flexibility to structure your remaining hours. - Responsiveness during availability windows is expected — reps and internal stakeholders should be able to reach you reliably during these times. Key Responsibilities - Commission Processing & Accuracy - Own the end-to-end monthly commission calculation process for approximately 80 sales reps across ~5 distinct compensation structures by role. - Audit and QA all commission data prior to submission — cross-referencing Salesforce data, comp plans and any applicable SPIFs, accelerators, or manual adjustments. - Submit finalized commission payroll data to the appropriate internal stakeholder (Finance / Payroll) by the established monthly deadline. - Maintain a living log of adjustments, retroactive corrections, and exception approvals for audit trail purposes. - Rep-Facing Statements & Communication - Generate and distribute monthly commission statements to all ~80 reps in both Excel and Google sheets, ensuring each statement is accurate, clearly formatted, and rep-friendly. - Field inbound questions and disputes from reps on an ad hoc basis during designated availability windows — acknowledging all inquiries within 24–48 hours with full responses delivered within 72 hours. - Maintain a structured inquiry log to track recurring issues, escalations, and resolution timelines, and surface patterns to leadership. - Accounting & GAAP Reporting Support - Provide the Accounting team with monthly commission accrual estimates and actuals to support GAAP-compliant expense recognition. - Prepare and deliver any supplemental commissions data needed for financial close, audits, or board-level reporting. - Collaborate on commission-related journal entries and variance analysis as needed. - New Hire Comp Plan Administration - Partner with HR and Sales Leadership to generate individualized compensation plan documents for new hires. - Manage the distribution and acknowledgment workflow for comp plans, ensuring signed copies are collected and filed in a timely manner. - Maintain a current, version-controlled library of all comp plan templates by role. - Process Improvement & Documentation - Identify and flag inefficiencies in the commission calculation or distribution workflow and propose process improvements. - Maintain thorough documentation of all calculation methodologies, plan rules, and system dependencies so processes are repeatable and auditable. - Support the buildout or refinement of commission tooling (Excel, Google Sheets, or dedicated commission software) as the business scales. This role focuses on optimizing delivery routes, supporting field execution, and driving operational decisions through data analysis, coordination, and real-time problem-solving. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational and analytical skills, and experience in route planning, logistics coordination, or field operations. - Build and optimize delivery routes based on store hours, geography, and route capacity. - Reassign and reschedule visits when field representatives are unavailable to ensure consistent coverage. - Integrate urgent “Hot Shot” visits into routes with minimal disruption. - Create one-time or special routes for supervisors to: - Resolve stores with execution issues. - Visit potential new retail accounts to strengthen underutilized routes. - Assign tasks to field representatives based on visit outcomes and merchandising needs. - Analyze store performance reports to: - Flag low-performing stores for potential deactivation or improvement in product execution. - Evaluate route performance and recommend new store additions to strengthen weaker routes. - Interpret data, store reports, and photo evidence to support decision-making. - Schedule, update, and coordinate food sampling (demo) events based on supervisor input and visit reports. - Work with retailer corporate buyers to ensure demo products arrive on time. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in route planning, DSD operations, logistics coordination, field operations, or similar roles. - Experience in CPG, beverage, food distribution, merchandising, or retail operations is a strong plus. - Familiarity with service routes, field representatives, or merchandising workflows. - Strong analytical and route-planning ability. - Excellent time management and prioritization skills under changing conditions. - Proficiency with route optimization tools, mapping platforms, and scheduling systems. - Ability to interpret data, reports, and visual/photo evidence to drive decisions. - Strong communication skills with field teams, supervisors, and retail partners. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to react quickly to operational disruptions. - High attention to detail and accuracy when planning routes or coordinating demos. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred. • Provide technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) • Lead requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support

• Collect data on available prices to end users for pharmaceuticals across distribution and reimbursement channels, including traditional insurance reimbursement, direct-to-patient, and direct-to-employer models • Use available reporting and analytics tools (and collaborate with our dedicated Analytics team) to compare available market pricing to Judi Health’s contracted pricing for pharmaceuticals; facilitate executive understanding of pricing variability • Identify and investigate opportunities for pricing improvement, working with other teams and departments to scope initiatives aimed at achieving more favorable pricing for client plans and their members • Design and implement pricing variability data reporting for consumption by users across teams and levels that can be integrated into workflows of relevant teams (for example, audit, network management, etc.) • Use industry news and direction from our Legal team to facilitate understanding among key stakeholders of health plan sponsor fiduciary duty and our strategies to fulfill our responsibilities as dedicated administrators
