Administrative Assistant – Home Caller
Allcat Claims Service
• Initiate outbound calls to insured customers within 24 hours on behalf of the insurance carrier • Provide adjuster contact information and clearly explain next steps in the claims process • Accurately document call attempts and customer interactions using provided templates and systems • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when assisting customers • Adhere to assigned on-call schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
