Role Description The Channel Account Manager, MSP works independently and collaboratively to execute go-to-market activities that support partner-led growth. In this role, you will identify, mobilize, and manage managed service provider partner channels to drive lead generation and revenue. You will work closely with sales managers and marketing leaders to develop, enable, and support partners and prospects within your scope, while collaborating on programs and events that promote A‑LIGN’s service offerings. As the Channel Account Manager, you will evaluate business opportunities, build strong partner relationships, and secure internal alignment through clear written documentation, all while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A‑LIGN will depend on you to leverage your experience and network within the IT and cybersecurity partner ecosystem to help establish a strong foundation for long-term program growth. Role Description The Vendor Liaison Associate is responsible for ensuring orders are accurately and promptly transmitted to our partner vendors. He/she will work closely and directly with our partner vendors to resolve any questions or issues. He/she also relays accurate and timely information to our customer service and sales teams on these orders.
