Warranty Reimbursement Lead Consultant

• Preparing and reviewing warranty parts and labor rate calculations • Preparing (including coding) warranty labor time guide submissions • Comparing the excel data to PDF copies of repair orders • Identifying missing repair orders within the sequence • Ensuring overall compliance with applicable state statute and manufacturer requirements • Working collaboratively with the team’s staff, senior manager and partner • Managing 10+ team members while reporting to the partner and senior manager on the team.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working for franchised automotive, especially in the parts and service departments and a knowledge of warranty processes
  • Prior experience in automotive industry and/or experience with warranty reimbursement, warranty claims submission and/or repair order review are requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially excel, is required
  • Team player with high attention to detail
  • Accounting degree not required
  • Willing attitude of support with other members of the Firm
  • Maintain thorough communication with team leaders
  • Be able to be self-accountable to fulfill deadlines timely
  • Assisting with other duties when needed

You will be responsible for working with our carriers UPS, FedEx & USPS as well as couriers and third-party logistics providers. You will use various metrics to lead projects that improve service and drive cost reduction.
