Sales Manager – sFox Connect
sFOX
• Serve as primary relationship manager for SFOX Connect (embedded solution) with a dedicated focus on payments/Fintech clients • Conduct quarterly business reviews focusing on trading volume, execution quality, and operational efficiency • Collaborate with clients' trading, operations, and compliance teams to optimize platform usage • Maintain detailed account intelligence and interaction history in Salesforce • Drive deeper engagement with SFOX Connect's trading, custody, and settlement features • Identify opportunities to increase client trading volume and expand service utilization • Present new product features including Smart Order Router, algorithmic trading tools, and custody solutions • Coordinate with product team to prioritize feature requests based on client feedback • Guide clients through SFOX Connect API integration and FIX protocol setup • Troubleshoot trading connectivity issues and order management system integrations • Assist with multi-exchange routing optimization and execution strategy configuration • Provide training on trading dashboards, portfolio management tools, and risk analytics • Facilitate onboarding of new trading counterparties and liquidity relationships • Coordinate prime brokerage services including margin trading and securities lending • Manage custody wallet provisioning and institutional-grade security implementations • Support clients with regulatory reporting and transaction cost analysis (TCA) • Monitor institutional crypto trading trends and competitive landscape • Gather client feedback on execution quality, latency, and market structure preferences • Collaborate with trading desk on market making and liquidity provision strategies • Contribute to institutional research reports and market commentary • Partner with institutional sales team on prospect meetings and product demonstrations • Develop case studies showcasing client success stories and ROI metrics • Represent SFOX at institutional crypto conferences and industry events • Support RFP responses and due diligence processes for prospective clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 4-6 years experience in sales, account management, or client services
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Previous experience with crypto prime services, exchanges, or institutional trading platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, APIs, and trading system integrations (preferred)
- Understanding of institutional custody, settlement, and operational workflows (preferred)
- Experience with multi-asset class trading or alternative investment platforms (preferred)
- Strong understanding of crypto markets, trading infrastructure, and institutional workflows (preferred)
