• Edit short-form videos optimized for performance advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic content. • Create and animate motion graphics that add dynamism, clarity, and visual impact to assets. • Develop graphic design materials — static images, carousels, banners, key visuals, and campaign visual identities. • Adapt creatives for different formats: Reels, Stories, Shorts, YouTube Ads, feed, display, and others. • Collaborate with the global creative team to build visual narratives that improve CTR, engagement, and conversion. • Ensure visual consistency and technical quality across all deliverables, aligned with each client's standards. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across all three areas: video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Proficient in the Adobe suite: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Figma is a plus).
- Experience creating performance creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads — understanding hooks, pacing, dynamic captions, and adaptation for different platforms.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and command of design principles (typography, color, hierarchy, layout).
- Stable internet connection for continuous remote work.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and collaborate with global teams.
- Nice-to-haves: experience with 2D/3D animation, illustration, branding, or tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, and Lottie.
