Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM function — ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment. - Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level: you’ve built exec-facing deliverables and you’ve also rolled up your sleeves in the CRM. - Deep familiarity with GTM tech stacks — HubSpot or equivalent CRM; marketing automation platforms; BI or reporting tools; and comfort using AI coding tools like Claude to automate workflows and build internal tooling. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from raw data to executive-ready insight quickly. - Excellent communication skills — you can present complex data and strategic recommendations to executives with clarity and confidence. - A bias for action, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball. - Experience supporting or working alongside a CRO and GTM executives is a strong plus.
