Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager

Akkio

Role Description We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the center of Akkio’s go-to-market engine — supporting the CRO and working across sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence and scalable growth. You’ll move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — one day shaping how we report to the board, the next rebuilding a process in the CRM. If you’re energized by that kind of range, this role was built for you. What You’ll Do - Executive and strategic support - Partner directly with the CRO to develop board materials, executive reporting, and strategic analyses that inform key business decisions. - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency. - Translate data into narratives — synthesizing complex information into clear, decision-ready outputs for the executive team and board. - Sales operations - Own the day-to-day operations of our sales tech stack, ensuring data integrity, process adherence, and system performance across the full sales cycle. - Define and enforce pipeline management standards, deal stage hygiene, and forecasting methodology in partnership with the sales team. - Identify bottlenecks in the revenue process and drive continuous improvement across conversion rates, cycle times, and rep productivity. - Marketing operations - Manage and optimize marketing automation systems, lead routing, and attribution models to ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales. - Partner with marketing leadership to design campaign tracking, measure program performance, and improve funnel visibility end to end. - Maintain data quality across marketing platforms and ensure alignment with the broader GTM data model. - Finance and cross-functional alignment - Serve as the connective tissue between revenue and finance — supporting revenue recognition, quota setting, compensation modeling, and annual planning. - Collaborate with finance on ARR reporting, bookings reconciliation, and forecasting accuracy. - Drive alignment across GTM functions by establishing shared definitions, process documentation, and cross-functional operating rhythms. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM function — ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment. - Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level: you’ve built exec-facing deliverables and you’ve also rolled up your sleeves in the CRM. - Deep familiarity with GTM tech stacks — HubSpot or equivalent CRM; marketing automation platforms; BI or reporting tools; and comfort using AI coding tools like Claude to automate workflows and build internal tooling. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from raw data to executive-ready insight quickly. - Excellent communication skills — you can present complex data and strategic recommendations to executives with clarity and confidence. - A bias for action, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball. - Experience supporting or working alongside a CRO and GTM executives is a strong plus. Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) - Generous PTO policy Additional Information - Location: Remote-first company with no central office location. This position is fully remote. - Compensation: Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 depending on experience, plus equity grants. - Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
