Job Description

Payroll Processor

Dutch Bros Coffee

• Process payroll on time and accurately: Run bi-weekly payroll for Dutch Bros. LLC • Process individualized payroll activities that include (but are not limited to): Garnishments, Payroll Draws, Direct deposits • Administer stand employee bonuses, as dictated by Finance/Accounting Departments • Distribute manual payroll checks • Process manual checks, as requested by Human Resources Department • Protect DB operations by maintaining strict confidentiality • Track and update payroll change paperwork • Print pay stubs upon request • Maintain clear, open communication with HR and Finance/ Accounting Departments • Create and maintain employee Payroll files for DB LLC • Support employees with use of time and attendance software • Answer inquiries regarding employment verification • Assist employees with establishing online user access • Document and update DB LLC payroll processes, as needed • Respond to employee and HQ Payroll inquiries within 1 business day • Provide payroll information to other departments, as needed, through reports, charts, graphs, or other requested presentation methods • Respond to Verification of Employment requests and wage verifications • Employee system troubleshooting • Assist with employee questions regarding W2s, Direct Deposit, and pay-stubs • Coordinate internal and external meetings, as needed, to ensure all departments, Operators, and Franchisees have the necessary information • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of payroll/HR/admin experience required
  • High school degree, or GED, required
  • Associate degree, preferred
  • Must have good mathematical skills
  • Prior DB experience, preferred
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting required reporting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision, and interact positively with others
  • Intuitive analytical skills to proactively address and identify accounting and operational issues
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and growing organization
