Role Description As a CML Tech-Functional Consultant, you will work at the heart of complex core banking environments, supporting and enhancing Customer Management & Lending solutions. You will collaborate with distributed teams across Latin America while building strong internal expertise within SAP Fioneer. • Provide support to travel agencies; • Perform ticketing and group reservations for national and international groups; • Handle seat assignments and request special services; • Manage group negotiations for national and international bookings, including deadline management; • Maintain professional and courteous relationships with suppliers, external clients, and internal stakeholders; • Manage requests and monitor reservations, ensuring prompt, accurate solutions aligned with airline and supplier policies; • Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams and partner airlines to ensure effective collaboration; • Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of operational and customer service processes.

• Grow Workforce AI sales among restaurateurs (independent operators, groups, franchises) • Activate your existing network (clients, prospects, partners) • Sell a plug-and-play solution with no hardware or installation • Deploy the solution at a restaurant in under 5 minutes • Leverage existing POS and reservation integrations to accelerate sales cycles • Identify cross-sell opportunities with your current solutions (POS, payments, etc.) • Report field feedback to help improve the offering

• Preparing and reviewing warranty parts and labor rate calculations • Preparing (including coding) warranty labor time guide submissions • Comparing the excel data to PDF copies of repair orders • Identifying missing repair orders within the sequence • Ensuring overall compliance with applicable state statute and manufacturer requirements • Working collaboratively with the team’s staff, senior manager and partner • Managing 10+ team members while reporting to the partner and senior manager on the team.
