• Support account teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all client initiatives • Manage client action items, deliverables, promotions, and marketing calendar updates • Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders • Ensure all owned responsibilities are executed, documented, and communicated effectively • Own and maintain client marketing calendars and promotional schedules • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with agency goals • Act as a key point of contact for execution-related questions and updates • Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed at every stage • Manage distribution of creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery • Support new client onboarding by coordinating project setup, timelines, and resources • Gather and organize key information to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts • Collaborate cross-functionally to set clients up for long-term success
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

- Experience with project management tools and workflows

Role Description CTG is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Disaster Recovery (DR) Exit and Infrastructure Transformation initiatives for our client. This role will drive complex enterprise projects involving: - DR strategy assessments - Infrastructure relocation - Re-platforming - Decommissioning - Network enablement activities in support of business continuity and operational modernization efforts The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise infrastructure project leadership experience, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and proven success delivering complex transformation programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
