Role Description CTG is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Disaster Recovery (DR) Exit and Infrastructure Transformation initiatives for our client. This role will drive complex enterprise projects involving: - DR strategy assessments - Infrastructure relocation - Re-platforming - Decommissioning - Network enablement activities in support of business continuity and operational modernization efforts The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise infrastructure project leadership experience, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and proven success delivering complex transformation programs within scope, schedule, and budget. • Support the Compliance team with day-to-day operational execution across multiple client environments • Coordinate internal compliance resources for assessments, audits, and ongoing compliance activities • Manage and track compliance-related tickets, tasks, and deliverables • Maintain organized documentation, artifacts, and internal records for compliance engagements • Ensure all compliance workflows are progressing on schedule and aligned with internal priorities • Coordinate schedules for compliance staff and internal stakeholders • Assign tasks and tickets to appropriate resources based on priority, workload, and skillset • Optimize team utilization and ensure efficient allocation of resources • Track deadlines for audits, assessments, and remediation activities • Adjust schedules dynamically to account for shifting priorities and urgent work • Create, assign, and monitor service tickets and internal tasks • Track open work and ensure timely progression to meet internal SLAs • Escalate blockers, delays, or risks to leadership proactively • Maintain dashboards and reporting on compliance activities, task status, and team utilization • Provide weekly and monthly updates to leadership on progress, risks, and capacity • Execute established compliance workflows and playbooks • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

• Collaborate with internal customers to gain a clear understanding of product requirements, goals, and timelines, ensuring alignment with our commitment to quality products in the cutlery and archery categories. • Manage the project team, consisting of engineers, sales, support, and factories, overseeing the entire product life cycle, from initial concepts to full production • Ensure all project team members have the necessary information and resources to carry out tasks effectively • Utilize your knowledge of product design to balance technical and practical requirements, particularly in the realm of shooting accessory, feeder, hearing protection, and hunting accessory product development • Mindfulness of outdoor industry trends to lead and innovate product development • Develop and execute timelines, working closely with engineering departments to coordinate schedules and meet project goals • Prepare and manage budgets in collaboration with senior management, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints • Communicate effectively with senior management, the project team, and factories on project-related issues, including risks, costs, and schedule challenges • Coordinate schedules with other Project Managers, Engineering and Brand Management departments to maintain overall project alignment • Enter and maintain project-related information in tools such as Monday.com • Continuously improve the process of delivering cutlery/archery broadhead projects that meet high standards of quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness • Organize documentation and maintain file structure to facilitate efficient project management • Lead and mentor other PM's to improve their skills and training with continuous improvement • Undertake other duties as assigned • Communication with factories outside of normal business hours

• Serve as the primary project lead for Epic Aura implementations, overseeing end-to-end delivery from discovery through post-go-live support. • Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource assignments across technical and clinical teams. • Facilitate collaboration between Epic build teams (Beaker/Ambulatory), lab workflow leads, middleware engineers, and interface analysts. • Partner with stakeholders to scope workflows related to test ordering, specimen processing, and genomic result reporting (VCF/VAR data). • Identify, document, and escalate risks or blockers that may impact delivery; lead resolution plans and mitigation efforts. • Conduct regular status meetings, stakeholder check-ins, and project governance reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals. • Track and report project KPIs, including timeline adherence, resource utilization, testing status, and issue resolution metrics. • Coordinate validation events, go-live readiness planning, and hypercare processes to ensure smooth transitions to production. • Ensure documentation, change control processes, and standard operating procedures are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within a fast-paced, evolving project landscape.
