• Design and lead multi-channel growth programs using SEM/paid social (Google, LinkedIn), content syndication, webinars, and high-touch events. • Audit and optimize the “leaky bucket.” Help optimize full-funnel conversion paths, including landing pages, nurture flows, webinar sequences, and retargeting. • Partner closely with Sales to ensure timely and effective follow-up on high-priority leads, event participants, and target accounts. • Develop and scale contact acquisition strategies aligned to our ICPs, with a focus on building a high-quality, targetable database. • Drive predictable pipeline growth by continuously analyzing campaign, funnel, and performance data to identify conversion bottlenecks. • Manage the demand gen budget, optimizing spend based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) targets.
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Growth Marketing.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo), including program building and segmentation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, pipeline tracking, and identifying data or process issues.
- Experience building and running webinar or virtual event programs that drive engagement and qualified leads
- Proven experience generating pipeline through integrated campaigns and programs that deliver measurable results
- Testing Rigor: Proven track record of using testing that results in measurable conversion improvements
- Analytical Savvy: Ability to translate complex data sets into executive-level reporting (MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline Influence, and ROI).
- Copywriting: Ability to create content and convert AI generated content into compelling copy, email sequences, and promotional content.

Role Description We're seeking a skilled Senior Associate, Paid Search Marketing to join our performance marketing team. This is a high-impact role critical to driving new customer acquisition and expanding our market presence through search channels. The right candidate will independently own and operate our paid search program, bringing both analytical rigor and business judgment to their work, proactively shaping strategy, and moving fast on opportunities. This role has real ownership and impact. You won't be handed a playbook, you'll be building one. We're looking for someone who defaults to initiative, shapes strategy rather than executes it, and is energized by seeing their work translate into real results. Key Responsibilities - Drive new renter growth by optimizing paid search campaigns, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, continuously refining strategies to maximize ROAS. - Identify and develop new keyword opportunities and audience segments, expanding our reach and diversifying our search acquisition mix. - Design and execute A/B tests across ad copy and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and overall campaign performance. - Analyze search performance data to uncover growth opportunities, proactively surface trends and anomalies, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making at all levels. - Develop and present recommendations showcasing progress, results, and strategic initiatives to leadership and cross-functional partners. - Work cross-functionally with brand, analytics, product, and engineering teams to align paid search efforts with overall business goals and leverage technical capabilities. - Own and be accountable for key performance metrics related to user acquisition, cost per acquisition, click-through rates, and overall search marketing efficiency. - Develop clear, insightful reports that translate complex search performance data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with paid search platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. - Contribute to the development of our overall performance marketing playbook, sharing paid search best practices and learnings across the team to elevate our collective performance.
