Senior Analyst — Multiplatform Application Support

IPIRANGA

• Act as support for SAP and non‑SAP applications, ensuring stability, operational continuity and governance of environments, with strong involvement in managing critical incidents, project handovers to support, AMS vendor management and monitoring of SLAs/KPIs. • Support SAP S/4HANA systems and legacy systems, including interaction with specialists and technical teams. • Manage non‑SAP applications and integrated environments, ensuring continuous operation of solutions. • Lead and follow up on critical incidents in high‑availability environments. • Operate in accordance with ITSM best practices, monitoring AMS, SLAs, KPIs and IT governance guidelines. • Support and execute project transitions to operations, ensuring post‑implementation stability. • Communicate frequently and in a structured manner with technical and executive stakeholders to align requests, statuses and decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in Systems Support (SAP, non‑SAP and data), working in critical, high‑availability environments with high operational complexity.
  • Proven experience in AMS models, including management of SLAs, OLAs, ticket volumes, governance and vendor performance.
  • Strong experience in transitioning projects to support, with mastery of hypercare processes, assisted operation, acceptance criteria, technical documentation, integration mapping and operational readiness.
  • Experience leading post‑go‑live stabilization and proactive measures to mitigate operational risks.
  • Experience managing operational indicators, including KPIs, SLAs, TMA/TME (average handling time/average wait time), backlog and availability.
  • Ability to build dashboards, executive analyses and reports to monitor operations and support decision‑making.
  • Experience with multiple AMS vendors, including performance monitoring, structured vendor chargebacks and escalation management.
  • Experience in critical business contexts requiring high availability and operational continuity.
  • Experience managing systemic crises with high operational impact, with structured communication and focus on rapid stabilization.
  • Experience in environments with mature governance processes and operational controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree / MBA in IT Management, Software Engineering, IT Governance or related areas.
  • Certifications: ITIL, SAP and service management-related certifications.
  • Advanced English (spoken).
